Sharon Yvonne Stone was born on March 10, 1958, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, to accountant Dorothy Lawson and tool and die maker as well as former worker in the factory Joseph William Stone II. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her three siblings. Stone was considered to be exceptionally gifted in her academics when she entered two grades when she was five. Saegertown Senior High School, Saegertown Pennsylvania was the place where she earned her diploma in 1975. A winner of Miss Crawford County, she took part in the Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone moved to New Jersey with her aunt New Jersey, where she pursued a career in modeling. A month later, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. After a year spent between Milan and Paris the model moved to Europe. Stone, however, became dissatisfied with the acting and modeling in Europe. Stone decided to keep her acting career going acting as a model while she lived there. Woody Allen starred in "Stardust Memories", which was a mix-review movie in the age of 20.
